Photography Booking
We love seeing our farm captured in family photos during the Christmas season!
Professional photographers are welcome to schedule photography sessions at Hagle Christmas Tree Farm. Because our farm is a working, family-owned Christmas tree farm, all professional photography sessions must be reserved in advance.
Photography Rates
1 Hour — $50 Perfect for one or two mini sessions.
2 Hours — $75 Great for photographers booking multiple families.
3 Hours — $100
Half Day — $150 Up to 4 hours.
Full Day — $225 Up to 8 hours.
Photographers may schedule as many clients as they wish during their reserved time, provided all sessions remain within their reserved time block.
The photography location fee is separate from any fees the photographer charges their clients.
Photography Rules
• All photography sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
• Photographers are responsible for their clients and children while on the property.
• Please remain within designated photography areas unless otherwise approved by Hagle Christmas Tree Farm.
• Please do not climb, bend, break, or damage any trees, plants, decorations, structures, or farm property.
• No vehicles are permitted in the tree fields unless specifically authorized.
• Props are welcome but must be approved in advance and completely removed after the session.
• Please leave the property exactly as you found it. All trash and personal belongings must be removed.
• Photographers may not interfere with normal farm operations or customer areas.
• Dogs must remain leashed and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
• Sessions must begin and end within the photographer’s reserved time. Additional time may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Hagle Christmas Tree Farm reserves the right to refuse or cancel a photography reservation if the session would interfere with farm operations, create a safety concern, or conflict with another scheduled activity.
Weather & Cancellations
Full refund if canceled 7+ days ahead. Photography reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled session, with weather/farm closures handled separately.
If Hagle Christmas Tree Farm closes or weather conditions make photography unsafe, we will work with the photographer to reschedule when possible.
Important
By booking a photography session at Hagle Christmas Tree Farm, the photographer agrees to follow all farm rules and accepts responsibility for their clients and guests while on the property.

Join us for a festive Merry & Bright Market at Hagle Christmas Tree Farm! We’re bringing together local makers, small businesses, food vendors, and talented creatives for a fun, family-friendly holiday event right here at the farm.
We’re looking for vendors offering unique handmade goods, holiday gifts, home décor, specialty foods, baked goods, crafts, and more.
